Summer 2017 is, sadly, dwindling. The weather's beginning to change (cheers, Hurricane Gert) and I've already bought my winter coat. Autumn is a-coming.
But that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your travelling. Going back to college doesn't have to mean weeks on weeks of lectures and assignments; you can break the year with a few breaks away. All it takes is a little research and you can find yourself somewhere far and exotic - for less than X euro.
Just a quick hop across the pond and you'll feel like you're in another world. Take a very short mid-week break in the first week of October - just before the college madness truly begins- and it will set you back just over 30 euro with Ryanair. Yes, return.
Want to go somewhere amazing? And soon? Head to Paris in two weeks time for three nights, for 40 euro.
This French city has a special place in my heart, as I did my Erasmus there. You should definitely go check out this relatively unknown city for 40 euro return.
Sure why not like?
Throw 30 quid Ryanair's way and you'll get a few days early October in the delightful Edinburgh. It would be rude not to.
For just 25 euro you can get almost a week in Cologne just after the New Year. Start 2018 off the way you mean to go on - travelling.
