As of October 6th at 7pm, email accounts have changed domains. You may have noticed some changes or difficulties in your emails, and this is why!

But what does this mean?

What does that change?

Previously, users used to login to their email account through Now, users will instead login through the Microsoft Office portal at
Don't worry, any emails sent to your domain will still deliver to your email account, so you don't have to worry about missing any important emails!

What about my password?

All user passwords will not change, and all users will still be able to avail of their Office365 licence & Microsoft suite. No account information was lost or compromised during this process.

What about my username?

As part of this domain change, users will need to update their username in any apps that they use which are attributed to the account, such as Outlook & OneDrive.

What if I can't access my email account through

What if I can't connect my email account to my phone?

Normally, the information provided by Microsoft is sufficient to help users set up Outlook account on IOS & Android devices. Below you have official documentation regarding this :
If this does not work, users will need to take the following steps:
  • Remove the Outlook app from your phone
  • Once removed, restart your device and re-download the Outlook app
  • Configure your account using the standard Microsoft IMAP settings and log in using your new email domain.
  • Please note, your password will not have changed unless you requested for it to be reset.
