The team took a trip to the scare house last night, and got the fright of their lives...
Calling all horror enthusiasts! If you haven’t made plans yet for Halloween week, then put it on your ‘death’ list to visit The Nightmare Realm, Ireland’s most terrifying scare house attraction, which is running nightly in Dublin’s RDS and Kennedy Quay Cork until November 5th.

Their creatures of the night are ready to play - and they want you to join them! The Nightmare Realm has claimed thousands of souls in the past few weeks, and they will be extra blood thirsty on Halloween night! And last night was no different. To test their limits off the pitch, the full Leinster Rugby team took a trip to Dublin's finest scare house, to see what they're truly made of.

Bigger, better and more petrifying than ever before, this year’s Nightmare Realm has triple the terror with three different spine-tingling haunts in each location, zombie shooting in Cork, and an apocalypse entertainment zone. Both venues take approximately 30 minutes to complete, as you make your way through various rooms with live creatures, realistic props and vivid special effects.

While there, the team had a go at experiencing just some of the new haunts in Dublin, such as Charlie Chop's 3D Clown House, The Nightmare Realm Hostel - which is plagued by rumours of disappearing guests and strange drilling sounds coming from his establishment at night - and the Gruber Asylum, home to the criminally insane, and will test the limits of your very sanity.

Danger lurks around every corner so those brave enough to venture into the Nightmare Realm better watch their backs! We see some of the lads got a bit confident, but then the Nightmare Realm got its own back ...

Fortunately for the boys in green, they didn't venture down to Cork where they would have experienced The Realm Slaughterhouse which has been producing fine quality meats for generations, Chops Carnevil, Torrance Manor which is long rumoured to be haunted (children's nursery rhymes can be heard at night!), Zombie Shoot and Charlies Army of the Dead.

The Nightmare Realm has carved out a notorious reputation as Ireland's premiere scare attraction by pushing the boundaries of sanity and mastering the artistry of fear. Those brave enough to venture into the Realm this Halloween are advised to keep their wits about them as danger lurks in every shadow.

Commenting Director of The Nightmare Realm said, "We will test you to your very core. We push people outside their comfort zone, challenge their expectations, and scare the hell out of them! If you pee in your pants, we don't care."

This is The Nightmare Realm’s second spooky season in the RDS and ninth in Cork- the sickening and twisted interactive experience has already terrified more than 250,000 souls. Scream, laugh or pee your pants, this will be a complete adrenaline rush and not for the faint hearted! This really is the stuff of nightmares.
