Last week saw the Student Housing Company and Bennett Construction launch Binary Hub, Dublin’s largest purpose built student accommodation development.
Opening this September, Binary Hub will house 471 students in private apartments.

Comprising of ‘cluster apartments’ with between three and eight bedrooms, the building will include laundry facilities, an on-site gym, study room, bike storage, landscaped gardens and 24-hour maintenance and security support, all of which are included in the monthly rent.

Having recently acquired two other sites in Dublin that are planned to open across 2017 and 2018, providing an additional 821 student beds, The Student Housing Company is set to develop its presence in Ireland further over the next two years.

Speaking about the launch of the Binary Hub, Bob Crompton, CEO of The Student Housing Company, said:

“We’re delighted to announce the opening of Binary Hub - it’s exciting for us to be a part of such a vibrant student city, which clearly requires more student housing.  This has been a major project for us with over 1,000 people working on-site during the construction phase and we are delighted with the end result.

“Furthermore, because Binary Hub couldn’t be better positioned, we have already had an overwhelming response since announcing the development. Like our many other residences across Europe, I’m certain that we have created a comfortable and convenient home away from home for all of the students that will be moving in come September.”

All 471 rooms in the Binary Hub have already sold out for the upcoming university year.
