For all those contemplating their uncertain futures after third level, postgradireland are hoping to offer some guidance with the furtherstudy fair, set to take place in the RDS next month.
The further study event will be held in the main hall of the RDS, ballsbridge on Wednesday 16th February and is hoping to entice students, graduates and people returning to full time and part time education, in Ireland, North and South.
The further study event is a staple feature of postgradireland and they willl ensure that indept information on a wide array of courses and training areas will be available to those considering prolonging their third level education.
Exhibitors from across the country, Northern Ireland and overseas will be on hand to promote the extensive postgraduate, further education courses and research opportunities available to those who are not content to try their hand at the venture into the volatile jobs market or consider emigration just yet.
As well as advice on speific coures, seminars run throughout the day, which will provide insight on studying in both Ireland and abroad. There will also be funding and applications information along with advice on how to decide what type of course is right for you.
Univeristies, Institutes of Technology and other educational organisations from across the UK and Ireland, North and South will feature at the fair, as they attempt to catch the eye of prospective students with the various benefits on offer at their Institute.
Doors will open at 3pm and will remain open until 8pm. A large crowd is expected given the current economic climate and the strong turn out at the graduate career fair at the end of last year.
