Job Hunt

Calling All Student Journalists: Campus.ie Is Looking For New Contributors!

Do you love to write? Are you itching to expand your portfolio? Then I have some good news for you: Campus.ie are looking for new writers to join our team.

Campus.ie, one of Ireland’s largest student websites, are on the hunt for some new, talented contributors to join our ever-expanding pool of writers. We want people who are motivated and excited about writing, always on the look-out for a potential news story or article idea to write for us.

Campus.ie is unique in the fact that it is completely student driven; the content is written for students, by students, which means that we aim to cover exactly what is at the heart of student life in Ireland 2018.

Some of our past writers have gone on to work full-time in some of the biggest names in Irish media. Campus.ie is the perfect place to flex your writing chops and really hone your writing skills, whether it is by conducting interviews, chasing up quotes, writing features or getting in a news story just as it’s breaking.

At Campus.ie, the content is really driven by you: students. All of our contributors are students and so we only publish what is deemed important by you.

If this sounds like something you are interested in – expanding your portfolio and having your work published to an audience of thousands – then send an email with your CV, three examples of past work and three ideas of articles you would write for the site.

Please send all emails to editor@campus.ie with the subject line “Contributor application” by Friday, February 2nd.
