The Campus.ie website has been updated. Due to this, Campus.ie email users would have been notified in October of the upcoming email change.
This change meant that all email account domains would change from @campus.ie to @campusie.onmicrosoft.com and you would now be able to access your account from Office.com – not Campus.ie.
If you are having issues accessing your email. Please contact our team at email@example.com stating what your Campus.ie email account is, alongside an additional email account where we can contact you directly.
A member of our team will then do a quick system reset to ensure you will be able to access your account without any difficulty – this will include a password reset, but once logged in, you will then be prompted to reset it yourself to a password of your choice.
You will be notified directly from your other email account of your new password. Once you have received this, you will then be able to log in from Office.com using the following logins.
Email: (your email account)@campusie.onmicrosoft.com
PW: your newly reset password
